Cancel your order<\/h3>\n

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours<\/strong> of placing it.<\/p>\n

Order Returns<\/h3>\n

You can return your order within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n

Products must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and the product packaging must be the original one that normally accompanies the product.<\/p>\n

If products are not returned within 14 days, or if the product packaging has been opened, Chrisopigi.gr reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all original supporting documents (e.g., retail receipt, invoice, etc.).<\/p>\n

Before proceeding with any return, it is highly recommended to contact Chrisopigi.gr first.<\/p>\n

Attention: The return shipping costs are borne by the sender.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds (Card Payments)<\/h3>\n

In the event that you cancel your order or make an approved product return, and your original payment was made via credit or debit card (Stripe)<\/strong>, the refund for the value of the products will be processed directly back to the original card used for your purchase.<\/p>\n

While the refund is initiated immediately on our end, please note that it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days<\/strong> for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your issuing bank’s processing times.<\/p>\n
