CHRISOPIGI Early Harvest is a premium extra virgin olive oil, the result of over a decade of dedication and care for our olive trees.
Produced in the historic olive grove of “Mavros Kampos”, in the plain of Chrysopigi, this oil is born from millennial and centuries-old trees that weave time into their fruit—offering us a product rich in authenticity and depth.
Over the years, we explored different cultivation techniques, conducted detailed soil analyses, studied weather patterns, and tasted the evolving fruits of our land. For the third consecutive year, we proudly share with you the most precious gift our land offers.
