We start with a walk among our century-old olive trees. It is an opportunity to see the trees up close, learn their history, and understand how nature and our care result in the olive oil that reaches your table.

🍽️ The Tasting Table

We sit in the shade of the trees to taste the fruit of our land. We offer you a table full of authentic Cretan products:

• ✦ Our fresh early harvest olive oil (agourelaio) and extra virgin olive oil.
• ✦ Olives, olive paste, dakos, and traditional eftazymo rusk.
• ✦ Pure thyme honey, carob products, and, of course, traditional raki.
