All our herbs are organically grown on our certified fields in Sitia, Crete. They are harvested at the optimal time and gently dried to preserve their aromas, essential oils, and natural characteristics.
With deep respect for nature and people, we follow certified organic farming practices and distill essential oils in our own certified copper still.
