RODALOS Wild Ferment is an elegant and expressive organic dry rosé wine, produced with wild fermentation and minimal intervention. A unique blend that beautifully combines the finesse of Liatiko with the freshness and structure of Assyrtiko.
In the glass, it shows a bright rosé color with soft salmon hues. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red berries, strawberry, and cherry, complemented by citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and refined, with lively acidity, elegant body, and a clean, fruity finish.
