A monastic single-varietal Syrah wine from the organically cultivated vineyard of the Holy Monastery of Toplou. It is aged for 12 months in new oak barrels. Well-structured, with a deep ruby color and a distinctive bouquet featuring notes of oak, wild rose, green pepper, blackberry, and chocolate. Full-bodied on the palate with rich, generous flavor and a spicy finish.
