Cancel your order

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order Returns

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and the product packaging must be the original one that normally accompanies the product.

If products are not returned within 14 days, or if the product packaging has been opened, Chrisopigi.gr reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement.

Furthermore, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all original supporting documents (e.g., retail receipt, invoice, etc.).

Before proceeding with any return, it is highly recommended to contact Chrisopigi.gr first.

Attention: The return shipping costs are borne by the sender.

Refunds (Card Payments)

In the event that you cancel your order or make an approved product return, and your original payment was made via credit or debit card (Stripe), the refund for the value of the products will be processed directly back to the original card used for your purchase.

While the refund is initiated immediately on our end, please note that it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your issuing bank’s processing times.
