Parcel & Pallet Shipments within Greece

All deliveries within Greece are now carried out swiftly and safely in partnership with DHL.

The shipping cost depends on the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the package and the final destination. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process in your shopping cart.

Parcel Shipments to the European Union (excluding Greece)

Parcel shipments within the European Union are handled via DHL. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your unique Tracking Number, which you can use to track your parcel's journey in real-time.

The shipping cost varies depending on the total weight of the package and the destination. You can accurately calculate the shipping cost in the Calculate Shipping section of your shopping cart (provided you have already added the desired products to your cart).

Delivery Time

Thanks to our partnership with DHL, our delivery times are now significantly faster:

• Greece: 1-3 business days (remote or island areas may require an additional 1-2 days).
• European Union: 2-5 business days, depending on the destination country.
