RODALOS Wild Ferment is an elegant and expressive organic dry rosé wine, produced with wild yeasts and gentle winemaking interventions. A wine that uniquely combines the finesse of Liatiko with the freshness and structure of Assyrtiko.
In the glass, it appears with a bright rosé color with salmon hues. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, strawberry, and cherry unfold, along with notes of citrus and flowers. On the palate, it is refreshing, balanced, and fine, with lively acidity, an elegant body, and a clean, fruity aftertaste.
Its natural fermentation authentically captures the character of the varieties and the Cretan vineyard, offering a wine with energy, freshness, and personality.
