Aged in oak barrels, Protected Geographical Indication Lasithi Red Dry Wine. Monastic single-varietal Syrah wine from the organic vineyards of Toplou Monastery. It ages for 12 months in new oak barrels. Well-structured, with a deep ruby color, a unique bouquet with notes of wild rose wood, green pepper, blackberry, and chocolate, a full mouth with an exuberant flavor and a spicy aftertaste.
At Toplou Monastery, continuing the monastic experience and centuries-old tradition, indigenous and international varieties are organically cultivated in 350 stremmata (35 hectares) of vineyards. The grapes, produced with special care, are vinified in modern facilities with high expertise and love, offering us the high-quality organic TOPLOU wines.
